Fee Schedule

THE DIMEFF LAW OFFICE provides a broad range of estate planning services. Virtually all of those services are billed on a case by case basis. However, since this Web site is designed for individuals who have questions and/or a need for basic estate planning services, such as the drafting of a will or a revocable living trust package, we provide for your convenience the fee schedule below:

The prices for your Complete Living Trust Package are as follows:

• Single Person: $1495.00
• Married Couple: $1995.00
• + $395.00/year to join our prepaid Concierge Estate Plan
• Married Couple with Children from two marriages: $4,995.00
• + $395.00/year to join our prepaid Concierge Estate Plan.

That's it, a fee that covers everything for the first year! The fee is payable by check, money order, Visa or MasterCard at the time of your Worksheet Submission.

Other fees:

• If you wish to come into any of the California offices of Carl Dimeff, or have a representative come to your home to discuss in person your special requirements and to execute your Complete Living Trust Package the total price is $1495.00 or $1995.00 or $4,995.00 as denoted above.
• Other services not included in your trust package are available at an additional fee of $495.00 per hour..
